She has extensive experience with language and literacy, as well as engaging and impactful early reading interventions.

When she is not creating or designing, she is busy devouring a book! She is an avid reader and loves learning; which fosters her sense of imagination. She also enjoys taking walks appreciating the beauty in nature, and listening to podcasts.
Kara loves to spend time with family and friends. Personally, she has the gift of supporting and empowering others. She helps others see from differing perspectives... asking the question "WHAT IF...?"
Moreover, one of the best things about Kara is that she has a contagious laugh; and simply has a special way of making everyone smile! And smiles feel good!

Education
Kara is a professional artist who studied and graduated from the award-winning and world-renowned "San Francisco Academy of Art University." Kara was trained and mentored by the best.
Her talent, range of expression, and focus are vast. The lost art of print-making is Kara's special area of expertise; and it requires the application of precision based mathematical formulas, science, foresight, problem-solving, and so much more.
Additionally, she has a incredible gift for seeing color in unique ways, not only as a master color mixer, she knows how to apply color in just the right ways.
Other professional interests include merging mindfulness practices or cognitive coaching with art in an authentic and natural way.
Kara will work in a range areas include online, digital, or in-site work with clients. She has experience working with young children, youth, and adults.
